What materials are your jewelry pieces made of? We take pride in using only high-quality materials for our jewelry. we exclusively use 14k and 18k gold in Yellow, Rose or White as well as Platinum, precious gemstones such as Diamonds of all colors shapes and sizes, Sapphires, Emerald, Tourmalines, Onyx , Turquoise, Lapis Lazuli, etc. Let us know what stone you are looking for and we will find it for you. We also use Enamel for colors.

How long does custom jewelry process take ? We take pride on doing one of the best work in the industry, from sourcing the best stones to perfecting the piece shape to the most brilliant engraving you could imagine. And that takes time, our team takes about 60 to 90 days from sketch to final product, we do provide rush services for extra cost, but if you are planning an engagement party or a wedding ,please contact us as soon as possible to start the process and have your dream come true in time!

3. How can I find my ring size? To find your ring size accurately, we recommend visiting any jewelry store, and asking to get your finger sized, we work with the American sizes. If you are in Europe let us know to be able to help you with the correct measurements. .

4.Does my finger size change with the weather ? Yes, the size of your fingers can change with the weather. It is a common phenomenon that many people experience. During colder weather, your fingers tend to shrink due to vasoconstriction, which is the narrowing of blood vessels in response to the cold. This can result in a temporary decrease in finger size.

On the other hand, in warmer weather, your fingers may swell slightly due to vasodilation, which is the widening of blood vessels. This happens as your body tries to cool down and regulate its temperature. Consequently, your fingers might feel a bit larger during hot and humid conditions.

It's important to be aware of these changes, especially when getting your finger sized. 5. Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries around the world. During the checkout process, you can select your country, and the shipping options and costs will be displayed accordingly. We mostly use DHL with our international orders since they have the quickest and most reliable service, we always add the maximum insurance possible.

6. What is your return and exchange policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the jewelry bought from our collection we offer a return and exchange policy within 10 days of purchase. When it comes to custom pieces its a bit different as we are making the piece tailored to you with your specifications, there is no return or exchange, on the other hand you will approve a sketch of the ring with all the details and we will go over everything so you have no questions left unanswered before we start the process of making the piece.

7. Can I get my jewelry piece repaired if it gets damaged? Yes, we provide jewelry repair services for pieces purchased from us. Whether it's a broken chain or a damaged setting, our skilled jewellers will carefully assess and repair your jewelry to restore its original beauty. 

8. How should I care for my jewelry pieces? Proper care can help maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewelry. We recommend storing your pieces in a jewelry box or pouch when not in use and avoiding contact with harsh chemicals or excessive moisture. Every piece we make comes with care instructions and a professional polish cloth meant to be used to give that extra shine when you feel the need. we recommend only washing the jewelry with mild liquid soap and warm water.

9.Does gold tarnish? Yes, gold can tarnish and develop scratches over time, just like any other precious metal. However, compared to metals like silver, gold is more resistant to tarnishing. To preserve the luster and beauty of your gold jewelry, we recommend taking some precautions:
